Architecture Draughtsman

Urgently required: a qualified and experienced Architectural Draughtsman. The candidates shall meet the below requirements: Architecture Draughtsman: Holding a diploma in civil engineering or equivalent/relevant field. 7 years of experience, out of which 5 years in UAE. Fluent in English. Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details. Able to execute architectural drawings: plans, sections, elevations, and details for tender purposes. Produce ID finishing details, such as tiling, RCP & joinery details. Coordinate architectural design drawings with MEP & structural services and detect clashes. Able to work independently to solve architectural & MEP conflicts if required. Calculate BUA, FAR, U-Value & glazing calculations as per Dubai authority requirements. Ability to execute drawings using BIM. Perform multi-tasking activities.
