Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. Project Management Professional (PMP)/Scrum Master certification is mandatory. SAFe certification & Cloud certifications are desirable. Minimum Experience 12 years of experience in the Banking/Fintech/IT sector with at least 4 years of exposure to Mobile & Internet banking projects/programs. Knowledge of Project management methodologies (traditional & agile), project management tools, and Mobile App release mechanisms. Deep expertise in Scrum, with exposure to scaling frameworks. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SSM / PMI-ACP) & AWS cloud (Cloud practitioner/Developer) is preferred. Strong influencer and communicator skills. Understanding of software development life cycle. Knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking), and services. Strong technical background to work with multiple teams and understand application architecture. Good understanding of infra connectivities and third-party integrations. Experience working in fast-paced, challenging environments. Stakeholder management, clear communication, and timely reporting skills. Understanding of application security, compliance, and audit requirements; hands-on experience in complex projects/programs. Experience coaching and coordinating agile delivery squads. Supporting product owners in backlog refinement. Ability to anticipate risks and plan accordingly. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to prepare business cases, project estimates, and monitor projects lifecycle. Experience in monitoring production releases of banking features. Proficiency with Project Management Tools. Vendor/partner management experience. Practical exposure to Dev Ops (CI/CD), cloud, and micro-services projects.
