You will be joining at a phenomenal time and will be able to make a real impact on the growth story. Splunk is looking to hire a driven sales individual with a real hunting mentality—a salesperson who thrives in developing new business, winning big logos, and understands the Public Sector in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities: Work on new business and relationships across the Public Sector in Abu Dhabi. Prospect, cold call, and set appointments with senior-level prospects to develop the market footprint. Consistently deliver on license, support, and service revenue quotas, aiming to overachieve quarterly and yearly targets. Build close relationships with our Channel Manager for the region, working harmoniously with partners and distributors. Collaborate with colleagues for account planning and opportunity management to maximize account penetration. Report accurately on pipeline and forecasts monthly and quarterly, working closely with sales operations. Leverage sales engineering and professional services teams, including partners, to position Splunk's offerings effectively. Follow our sales methodology and processes from prospecting to closure to achieve success. Represent the Splunk brand positively in all internal and external interactions. Experience & Qualifications: Enterprise software sales experience in a B2B environment within the Public Sector in Abu Dhabi is a MUST. Existing networks and contacts in the Abu Dhabi Public Sector are required. Residence in Dubai is necessary. Strong hunting mentality with the ability to close new business confidently. Understanding of forecasting commitments and accuracy. Excellent time management, interpersonal, written, and presentation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment. Ability to work independently and remotely. Extensive experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce. Proven sales success and prospecting experience in the Spanish territory. Proficient in Arabic and English. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus.
