Role Summary and Impact The Digital Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's digital presence across all content and social media channels. This role drives brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. The Digital Director will lead a team of content and social media professionals, developing and executing innovative digital strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, content creation, social media platforms, and analytics. Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies that align with the company's marketing and business goals. Define KPIs and establish measurable goals for all digital content and social media initiatives. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape. Present digital strategy and performance updates to senior management. Oversee the development and execution of a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives. Ensure all content is high-quality, engaging, and optimized for search engines and social media. Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive digital presence. Oversee the creation of various content formats, including blogs, videos, infographics, and social media updates. Generate regular reports on digital performance, highlighting insights and recommendations. Use data to inform content strategy and optimize social media campaigns. Manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and timely responses. Assist in managing crisis communication and reputation management via media outlets as needed. Skills And Experience Minimum of 7-10 years in digital marketing, content marketing, or social media management. Proven success in developing and executing digital strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
