Overview We’re looking for a passionate and curious Account Executive to be part of team, executing campaigns for an exciting brand. As an Executive it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth delivery of briefs, managing internal / external stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of assets. In particular, this role will have an emphasis on delivering 360- degrees campaigns at scale. In addition to external client service duties, the AE will help oversee assigned creative & campaigns , meeting planning coordination, creative, and/or production activities carried out by the agency on behalf of the client. Responsibilities Technical & Product Deliver on Accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness Excellent oral/written communication skills with a keen ability to keep supervisors properly informed Being a self-starter: must be a quick learner, intuitive, and proactive Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Bringing a “fresh” approach to the business bringing new ideas to each project and task Accuracy of contract reports and follow-ups, as well as internal processes / cost estimates / invoicing / etc… Work hand in hand with our in-house design team to create best in class content. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standard of work Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency Understanding of the Client’s business is essential; the AE will be required to forge positive relationships with his/her Clients through consistent contact and diligent client service. Ability to build solid relations with other agency departments (Creative, Social media , Traffic, Planning, and Finance) to help facilitate efficient day-to-day internal operations. Innovative & Analytical Mindset Capability of understanding objectives and be able to develop and prepare all proper/required reporting on his or her assigned activities, including competitive analysis. Ability to approach jobs with a problem solving mentatlity Qualifications Maintaining a positive attitude even when under pressure: Above all, attitude before aptitude. Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field 1-2 years experience in related field (some degree of advertising agency experience is necessary as the job requires a high level of understanding of advertising principles and agency functions). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) Evidence of being solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery Exceptional communication skills that foster a strong relationship with team members and the client Expert time manager and ability to prioritize workload Ability to negotiate with team members and clients to accomplish tasks and drive projects forward Additional information R-2681 P-3037 #J-18808-Ljbffr
