Cost Control Engineer-Abu Dhabi -Khalifa School Project

Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Candidates currently based in UAE are preferred Industry: Construction – Roads & Infrastructure Works Experience Required: 8–10 Years (Minimum 3 years in Roads & Bridge Projects)Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates of project quantities and costs. Develop and monitor project budgets in alignment with project scope and timelines. Conduct cost estimation, control allowable costs, and perform variance analysis. Track and report the Forecast at Completion (FAC) for ongoing projects. Prepare and review Client and Sub-contractor Payment Certificates. Evaluate and prepare variation orders and rate analysis. Support project planning teams with budget and cost-related inputs. Collaborate closely with procurement and contracts departments for cost-related evaluations.
