About the role: We are looking for a Risk Engineer to join our growing Risk and Scoring teams responsible for Risk & Financial Modeling within the Tabby product. Key Responsibilities Development and implementation of credit policies and risk assessment strategies in accordance with the requirements of business customers (risk and antifraud department). Monitoring the operation of the decision-making system and assessing the effect of the implemented changes. Development and automation of test scripts for the changes made, including backend testing of algorithms and elements of a credit decision-making strategy. Full analysis of the credit decision-making strategy in terms of technical implementation, search, and elimination of errors. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise At least 1.5 years of relevant experience working with tech/fintech products as an Engineer. Proficiency in SQL and Python is mandatory. Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure startup environment. Job Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
