Are you a visually driven storyteller with sharp editing skills, creative design ability, and 3D animation know-how? We're looking for a Multimedia Specialist to join our production team at EZ Media, working across exciting Dubai-based brands like @housess.ae, @zanedevelopments, @ezmedia.ae, and @houses.unfiltered. This is a hands-on creative role, ideal for someone who lives and breathes content — from filming and editing to motion graphics, static design, 3D animation, and social media storytelling. Shoot high-quality video content for property tours, interviews, events, and social media campaigns. Operate cameras, lighting and audio gear both in studio and on site. Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and client use. Add transitions, subtitles, sound design, music, and overlays using Adobe Premiere Pro. Motion Graphics & Animation: Design branded motion elements, animated intros/outros, overlays, and reels transitions using After Effects. Create sleek 3D animations and visualizations using Blender (interior/exterior models, logo animations, walkthroughs). Photography & Photo Editing: Take and edit headshots, event and lifestyle imagery, and listing images using Lightroom and Photoshop. Graphic Design: Create social media graphics, posters, branded carousels, company profile visuals, presentations, merch designs, and thumbnails in Photoshop and Illustrator. Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to deliver on-brand visuals across multiple platforms. Platform Optimization: Export content in the right formats and sizes for Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and web use. Must-Have Skills Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in multimedia, design, and video production. Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator. Experience using Blender for 3D animation and rendering. Strong eye for color grading, timing, and visual storytelling. Confidence in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting and audio setups. Organized, deadline-focused, and able to handle multiple projects at once. Must be based in Dubai and available full-time. Experience creating visual content for real estate, interior design, or luxury brands. Basic audio editing skills (e.g. Adobe Audition). Familiar with trends on Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts. Knowledge of Da Vinci Resolve for color grading. Drone license or FPV filming skills.
