Job Description: Senior Site Architect / Site Architect Position : Senior Site Architect / Site Architect Location : UAE Experience : 5–15+ years in Residential, Commercial, Mixed-Use, High-Rise, Mid-Rise, Villas, and Townhouses Projects Responsibilities : Oversee site activities to ensure design intent, quality standards, and project specifications are met. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups. Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress, and address technical issues. Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges. Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate with the design team to address discrepancies or updates during construction. Prepare site reports and document key milestones. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. 5–15+ years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, high-rise, mid-rise, villas, and townhouses projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and finishing standards. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, and project management tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
