Certified Career & Personal… Miral Experiences is seeking a Retail Projects, Partnerships, and Excellence Manager to drive innovation, collaboration, and excellence across our retail footprint. This unique role is at the heart of new product launches, partnership management, and guest experience enhancements across our world-class destinations. The position will support the Retail Projects and Partnerships Director in expansion projects, Company standards, training, and partnership management. Develop & Coach: Work alongside the operating group and learning/development teams to devise and deliver a detailed training package to improve guest experience and upselling. Inspire & Motivate: Develop the team through creativity and empowerment by motivating individuals and leveraging the strengths of our partners. Projects: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver new acquisitions or expansion projects on time and to a high standard. Partnership management: Work closely with our patterns to deliver new, best in class experiences, to liaise and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders on new product concepts and to act as an escalation point for the Miral operating group, Financial: Works alongside the partners and attraction teams to deliver innovate guest experiences to drive revenue across the estate. Assesses business performance using company reporting tools to identify new opportunities; Takes calculated risks with measurable results to maximize sales and impact customer experience. Lead and support the execution of new retail projects and product implementations across the estate Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including IP partners, on innovative retail experiences and seasonal activations Drive excellence in retail operations through SOP development, immersive training programs, and upselling initiatives Manage project timelines using Gantt charts, ensuring timely and high-quality execution Analyze financial performance, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities to increase revenue and guest satisfaction What We’re Looking For: 3–4 years of experience in the theme park or leisure environment is a must 2+ years in partnership or relationship management roles Proven experience in project management and training delivery Experience in compiling and delivering training packages to internal/external stakeholders. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage performance metrics Proficient in Excel and Gantt chart/project planning tools Must have a ‘Can Do’ attitude Must be competent to deliver tasks with minimal supervision. Good understanding of business and financial concepts and demonstrated ability to lead the team to drive results.
