Business Development Manager

This is the kind of role that puts you at the heart of the luxury design world in Dubai. You’ll be working directly with the founders of a boutique interior design studio, helping them grow their brand, build strategic relationships, and position the business to win high-value residential projects across the region and internationally. It’s a design-led studio with real credibility, designing luxury through being thoughtful and detail-obsessed. Your job is to help the right people discover the studio and make sure it’s top of mind when the next major opportunity arises. This isn’t a rigid corporate BD role, it’s about creating visibility, opening doors, telling stories that stick, and working closely with the leadership team to shape what comes next.
