Responsibilities and Duties Efficient shop floor management to achieve daily production targets. Prepare department budget and planning. Maintain production related data and update the ERP regularly. Assist Head of Operations in resolving bottle necks that are affecting the production process & output. Production of goods within the Quality Specifications. Prepare weekly & monthly production schedules. Review monthly Production forecast on weekly basis and update the Production schedules accordingly. Developing forms & records to document the entire production process as per quality management system and standard. Day to Day Interaction with Stores for the RM / PM Material Update and to Maintain the Inventory Level. Recognize and resolve problems affecting production including schedules, staff, quality, and order of production line to avoid delays in production process Oversee Corrective, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance of all the Production Lines with coordination with concerned dept. Ensure all equipment’s down time are captured in a formal RCA process; ensure timely execution of RCA Action plan. Responsible for Production Orders Creation ERP / SAP RM/PM Yield & wastages monitoring & Control Continuous improvement Process implementation, Loss tree analysis execution Report Non-Conformances immediately and suggest for improvements to avoid recurrence Maximize the equipment availability to have highest OEE. Maintains awareness of operations’ alignment / integration with Sales and Marketing Objectives and seeks to reduce any negative influence Training of staff for maintenance and Operational requirements. Ensures optimal manning of the production lines so as to improve the output rate. Coordination with other departments for smooth operation of Plant. Impart continuous training to the operational teams, both production & Maintenance. Ensure following hygienic practices in all production activities related to food safety. Effectively coordinate with purchasing for procurement of inventory items that need to be replaced & guarantee the production sustainability. Make sure the team follow the workplace safety and health instructions and procedures Ensure any injury, illness, unsafe acts or conditions are reported and inspected as required Qualifications & Training Experience 10 years of work experience in FMCG company Knowledge Knowledge of machinery operation and optimum utilization of resources.
