JUNIOR SITE ARCHITECT

Job Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing architectural site works to ensure they are executed in accordance with approved drawings specifications and standards. Coordinate with consultants subcontractors and internal site teams to resolve technical and design-related issues. Review architectural drawings and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability. Conduct site inspections and monitor ongoing architectural works to ensure quality safety and compliance with project schedules. Support senior site architects and project managers in managing site progress and reporting. Prepare red-line markups and as-built drawings based on site conditions and changes. Ensure adherence to local authority regulations and project-specific requirements. Maintain clear documentation of site activities issues and solutions. Key Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Architecture. Must have 3-5 years of site experience with contracting companies in the UAE or GCC. Proven involvement in UAE/GCC projects (residential commercial or mixed-use preferred). Proficient in Auto CAD; working knowledge of Revit and other design tools is a plus. Familiar with UAE/GCC construction codes materials and authority requirements. Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
