Master of Technology/Engineering(Architecture) Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description The Architecture Manager will lead and coordinate all architectural aspects of property development projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, regulatory requirements, and market standards. This role involves managing consultants, reviewing designs, overseeing construction documentation, and ensuring compliance while maintaining design excellence. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Design Management & Coordination Manage architectural design from concept to construction across all projects. Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, interior, landscape) for integrated solutions. Review design submissions, drawings, and specifications for compliance with vision and standards. Consultant & Stakeholder Management Lead the selection, engagement, and performance management of architectural consultants. Collaborate with Development, Commercial, and Construction teams to meet budgets and timelines. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international standards. Manage approvals from regulatory bodies (Dubai Municipality, ADM, Trakhees, etc.). Construction & Quality Oversight Conduct site visits to monitor implementation quality and provide design input. Review contractor submittals and value engineering proposals. Strategic & Brand Alignment Support the CDO in defining architectural direction, aesthetics, and brand positioning. Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and sustainability standards (LEED, Estidama). Documentation & Legal Compliance Manage unit layouts for Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs) per regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications: Experience: 10+ years in design management, with 5+ years in a developer/client-side role (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Portfolio: Proven work in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and project coordination tools. Soft Skills: Leadership, stakeholder management, and strong communication. Preferred Attributes: Professional membership (AIA, RIBA, UAE Society of Engineers). Fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
