Responsibilities Work closely with Regional Head to implement distribution/network strategy and sales & services strategy. Agree overall budget and KPI targets as well as budget and targets per customer segments for the area/cluster with Regional Head and delegate budget and targets to the Branch/Cluster Managers in the area. Deliver the agreed budget & KPI targets in that area while managing, supporting, and monitoring branches, branch/cluster managers, and sales & service teams performance. Implement departmental policies, systems, and procedures so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a standardized quality, cost-effective service with high standard customer experience across all branches in that area. Explore and gather all needful details to create new business opportunities within the area in coordination with other Business Lines. Gather all details to open/relocate/remove a branch or ATM/CDM in that area and provide business justification. Represent the bank in the local community in the assigned area. Handle customer complaints in coordination with Head of Customer Experience. Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the NBAD performance management process. Develop talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals with a clear focus on Emiratisation. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with experience in the branch network. 10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network. #J-18808-Ljbffr
