Sales Manager - Managed Services/ AMC (Preferable Ladies on Sponsored Visa)

Promoting our comprehensive service offerings, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of managed services and maintenance contracts, enabling them to effectively communicate value to potential customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Managed Services and AMC offerings. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their operational needs and proposing tailored solutions. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets through networking, referrals, and market research. Sales Presentations: Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our Managed Services and AMC offerings, emphasizing their benefits and value. Webinars and Events: Organize and conduct webinars and live events to raise market awareness of our services, engage potential clients, and demonstrate expertise in managed services and maintenance contracts. Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals that include pricing, service-level agreements, and terms for Managed Services and AMC. Negotiate contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our services and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports to management, and adjust tactics as necessary to meet sales goals. Client Feedback: Collect and analyze client feedback to inform service enhancements and improve overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, particularly in Managed Services, AMC, or related service-based industries. Strong understanding of IT service delivery and maintenance contracts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
