Job Requirements                                          Responsible for developing new business channels within the assigned market and achieving sales targets while ensuring profitability levels and continuously generating new leads within the payments processing industry. Responsible for contributing to market intelligence and achieving the growth, revenue and profitability plans for the assigned market.   Responsibilities: Grow the payment processing business for AFS Build a sales and account management team and lead them towards achieving the financial and non-financial objectives set out for the market. Develop a strategic plan for the payment processing business in the assigned markets  Act as the voice of the client to drive needs of the clients in the market, including resolution of service issues, project delays for existing clients  Continually drive new business opportunities that will help meet and exceed growth targets Leverage centrally developed product offerings in Headquarters, business structure, and financial model to support the growth plan for the market Work with counterparts in Headquarters to adapt annual marketing plans with the key strategic partners with input from relevant stakeholders, considering local market variances in the market Develop relationships with Headquarters lines of business and support team, at all staffing levels across all lines of business within each of the strategic key accounts to ensure that AFS is supported in terms of business growth opportunities for the market.  Identify needs for new services  Ensure strong relationships with existing and new clients Provide sound market intelligence as input to market strategy for the assigned geographies   Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field   Experience: 10+ experience in retail/financial segment sales/management, of which 5+ at a senior management level Experience in payments processing business in the markets assigned    Knowledge/Skills/Attributes: Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English Problem solving, analytical skills and financial analysis Professional presentation and client management skills Willingness to travel within the region
