Partner with the best As the Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution aligns with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. Responsibilities: Prepare technical proposals and lead customer engagement for technical support. Conduct job briefings during planning and debriefings after each activity. Coordinate multiple complex Wellbore Intervention operations. Coordinate operations and lead the commercial engagement with customers when required. Communicate billing events to B&C using the Job Center ticket. Plan mid-range operation activity volume and complexity forecast to align resources for flawless service delivery and on-time delivery. Provide daily operational updates on ongoing job activities as needed. Report incidents and manage communication with customers and internal teams. Oversee ongoing operations and support field personnel on location. Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you will: Possess a minimum of a technical diploma. Have 3-5 years of experience in Well interventions service delivery coordination (Operations Coordination). Have at least 10 years of experience in running complex fishing operations, workover, or open hole, with strong offshore and onshore well interventions experience. Have knowledge of whipstocks, thru-tubing fishing, and milling. Demonstrate strong field, technical, and office coordination in well interventions. Have strong customer engagement experience. Exhibit effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams. Possess thorough mechanical and application proficiency with Wellbore Intervention products. Be capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
