Monitor fleet expenses and strategize on cost-effective measures without compromising quality. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the fleet's optimal functioning and safety. Coordinate scheduling of routine maintenance and urgent repairs for all vehicles. Analyze fleet data to monitor vehicle performance and provide summaries to senior management. Negotiate purchase, lease, and insurance agreements with vendors and service providers. Maintain detailed records of vehicle registrations, insurance, and licensing documents. Provide training and guidance to drivers on safe and efficient vehicle operation. Implement and monitor fleet tracking systems for real-time performance insights. Requirements Bachelor s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or similar roles. Strong understanding of regulations and compliance related to fleet operations. Proficiency in using fleet management software and related technology tools. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on details and ability to multitask. Strong analytical skills to assess vehicle performance and develop improvement strategies.
