Marketing & Creatives We are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take charge of all things digital. From mastering Google Ads and Linked In campaigns to optimizing SEM and SEO strategies, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our online presence. Key Responsibilities: • Paid Ads Specialist: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google, Linked In, and other platforms. • SEO Strategist: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings. • SEM Guru: Create and manage search engine marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. • Analytics Pro: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, generating insights to improve future strategies. • Content Collaborator: Work closely with the content team to align messaging, keywords, and audience targeting. • A/B Tester: Conduct regular testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting for optimal performance. • Trend Tracker: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and algorithm changes, ensuring campaigns remain cutting-edge. • Budget Manager: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. • Reporting Rockstar: Generate detailed performance reports, highlighting KPIs and actionable recommendations. • Ecommerce: Manager Ecommerce business and deal with the agency What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid ads, SEM, and SEO. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Linked In Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. • Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow paid and organic campaigns. • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to track and optimize campaign performance. • Creativity: Ability to craft compelling ad creatives and innovative strategies. • Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills to work with content, design, and development teams. • Certifications (a plus): Google Ads, Google Analytics, or any relevant digital marketing certifications.
