You’ll work on a wide range of commercial and industrial properties, including offices, retail, and warehouses, with access to exclusive listings and internal developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, landlords, and corporate clients. Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities based on current data and trends. Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and manage end-to-end lease or sale processes. Collaborate with the listings and marketing team to ensure high-quality exposure for all commercial listings. Maintain accurate records through CRM tools and report regularly on pipeline and deal status. Stay updated on UAE commercial property laws, regulations, and zoning developments. Represent Worldfield professionally in meetings, events, and when engaging with stakeholders.
