Description

Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide accurate information about products/services and pricing. Handle customer objections and complaints professionally and effectively. Update customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends. Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Proven experience in Telesales or Business Development, preferably in a recruitment or manpower agency environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
