ROM/RUS/UA Full-Stack Tech Lead (Statements System) Join to apply for the ROM/RUS/UA Full-Stack Tech Lead (Statements System) role at The Talents Link Recruitment . One of our associates is currently looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead to take over the Statements System — a PHP-based web application currently backed by SQLite, with planned migration to Postgre SQL and deployment to AWS. This is a foundational role in a startup spun off from a successful fintech company. Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the Statements System (front-end, back-end, and DB). Migrate from SQLite to Postgre SQL , ensuring data integrity and performance. Refactor and maintain PHP-based APIs and web interfaces. Deploy and manage the application in a cloud environment (AWS preferred). Implement CI/CD pipelines , basic infrastructure-as-code , and monitoring . Ensure security best practices across stack (web, DB, cloud). Support minor business logic changes in the statement calculation engine . Liaise with product and operations teams for ongoing improvements. Requirements: 5+ years experience in full-stack or backend development (preferably PHP). Strong experience with SQL databases (Postgres a strong plus). Hands-on experience with cloud deployments , ideally on AWS. Working knowledge of Dev Ops practices (containers, CI/CD, monitoring). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
