Conduct annual reviews of the portfolio to maintain strict credit discipline. Obtain and analyze financial statements, and recommend credit proposals to meet financial objectives. Maintain documentation, conduct customer visits, and monitor the portfolio effectively to ensure statutory and control compliance. Identify target markets and pursue growth opportunities for onboarding new clients. Deliver high-quality customer service and foster a high-performance culture. Address customer complaints promptly and personally when necessary. Follow up on deficiency and exception reports, and seek explanations from customers as needed. Submit management reports timely and accurately. Regularly monitor and manage the portfolio, maintaining proper credit files to achieve good audit ratings. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the line manager. Work Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in banking, with at least 2 years managing medium-large commercial portfolios in recognized financial institutions. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent. Additional certifications or diplomas in relevant areas are desirable.
