The role focuses on maximizing the share of wallet on large projects by collaborating with engineering and sales teams. Main Responsibilities: Build and lead a capture team to maximize revenue and ensure profitability on assigned projects. Manage projects from acquisition to execution, ensuring compliance with local guidelines. Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively. Project Management: Create plans, set objectives, and organize resources from early project stages. Hold regular meetings with relevant stakeholders from design to execution. Coordinate internal meetings with the Hilti team to ensure targets are met. Provide regular updates to the Sales VP on project progress. Teamwork and Development: Establish excellent working relationships across Hilti functions. Share experiences, coach colleagues, and contribute to team growth. What you need: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering. Experience in airport construction industry. Understanding of commercial, technical, financial, logistic, and legal aspects of complex solutions. Ability to manage complex deals, meet sales and project deadlines, and maintain quality and profitability. Previous engineering and sales experience. Fluency in English (verbal and written).
