Responsible for software management including formatting and installation. Responsible for server and asset management. Manage asset data records and regular backups. Manage networking and troubleshooting. Manage the entire IT functions of other Comfotec branches. Admin Roles: Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, and ordering office supplies. Scheduling inter-departmental meetings, coordinating time schedules with employees, and arranging food and other necessities. Organizing, compiling, and updating company records and documentation. Skills: Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications. Minimum rating in Word & Excel shall be 8/10. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge in managing computer hardware. #J-18808-Ljbffr
