Description

Job Responsibilities: Advise on organization development, planning, process, and program management. Measure HR contribution to business performance. Provide consulting to the divisions as needed. Ensure that headcount planning aligns with business objectives. Perform HR activities from hire to retire, including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations, development, promotion, disciplinary measures, and termination. Implement the HR corporate requirements locally, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Ensure company compliance with local labor laws. Implement and oversee the performance management system, including performance improvement planning. Establish and maintain employment data and records, including training records. Ensure operational excellence and legal compliance of HR services, such as payroll, in collaboration with the hub, ensuring data is updated before the cutoff date. Advise managers on organizational policies, such as equal employment, and recommend necessary changes. Represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
