Bachelor of Business Administration(Management) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/ Objective As Pay Tabs UAE HR Generalist you will run the daily functions of the HR department including personnel & HR operations, HR system, enforcing company policies and practices, employee learning and development, new hires onboarding and orientation. Essential Functions Maintaining physical and digital records for all employee records Handle the daily HR operations Managing the onboarding, offboarding of the employees Implement the orientation plan for the new hires Assisting in implementation of human resource policies Enroll employees in the medical & life insurance plans Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborating with outside vendors and suppliers Screening CVs and managing the hiring process Sustain team engagement activities and programs. Perform other duties as assigned by line manager. Preferred Education and Experience 2+ years of experience in a similar position Bachelor s degree in human resources or any other equivalent degree.
