Job Requirements 3-5 Years of proven experience in HR Bachelor’s Degree, Additional HR training will be a plus Understanding of general Human Resources Policies and Procedures Good knowledge of employment / Labor laws Outstanding knowledge and people skills Aptitude in problem solving Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach Roles & Responsibilities Implementation of ISO policies & Procedures (QMS&HSE) Must conduct internal audits and surveillance audit followed by MRM Assist in maintaining office website & online activities Leave management of company and client Preparation of appointment, Confirmations, Probation extension & Demobilization letters Assist the OM when required and offer complete support in all his operational tasks Responsible for maintenance of the office equipment and related inventories Make presentations & Related official documents Assist in recruitment team in below activities: Screening and Sourcing resumes from social media and job portals Formatting CVs & Job description Posting Jobs on company’s website & Job portals #J-18808-Ljbffr
