Treasury Manager

CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA/MBA - with minimum 6 years relevant exp Preferably from the Real estate Industry Salary 35000 Dhms per month. Excellent communication skills are required Job Scope: This role will be responsible for managing the Company’s daily cash position and investments, borrowing levels and availability. Banking relationship, Cash forecasting and debt compliance are key deliverables to ensure that the company operations are in compliance with their credit agreements. This position also involves exposure to confidential information and must use considerable tact and judgment at all times. Accountability Areas: Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow. Forecast daily cash requirements and execute daily financing decisions. Excellent relations with the leading banks in the region. Direct, monitor and trade investment portfolios including Working capital, High-Yield, Escrow, and other portfolios. Manage long-term and short-term investment strategies. Determine the Company’s goals and risk tolerance. Assess risk/return trade-offs in guidelines. Assess performance benchmarks and recommend changes when warranted. Review and recommend changes to the investment policies based on the market conditions, leading the decisions regarding portfolio management of foreign currencies; Prepare or monitor Company’s various cash flow forecasts; Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies. Understand and manage appropriate accounting procedures and processes. Manage relationships with financial service providers. Ensure timely presentation of bank reconciliation; ensure this function is smoothly working; Ensure proper controls on cash handling function, ensure all the cash is timely deposited, ensure cash count is done on a periodic basis and ensure that cash is reconciled at all times; Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues. Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits the company requirements. Evaluate alternative long-term borrowing strategies and make recommendations in accordance with the capital structure guidelines. Manage, direct, and develop Cash Management staff. Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements.
