Performance Marketing Manager Responsible for managing lead generation, online media development, and social media marketing campaigns. Creates, executes and monitors Google Ads, Social Media, Email Marketing and SEO campaigns. Measure and report on their effectiveness. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver integrated digital campaigns in support of strategic priorities and business objectives to drive revenue . Execute effective campaigns that ensure a high conversion rate across all the digital channels. Liaise with the Social Media team to align an integrated campaign with Social Media paid and organic posts. Provide detailed customer first insights, enabling senior management to make informed decisions on a variety of matters such as digital sales and marketing performance, website optimization, projects and strategies. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital analytical framework using a data-first approach on digital insights, data storytelling, measurement, research and overall strategy. Surface actionable insights regarding visitors pinpoint on all our brands websites including broken journeys using digital data solutions for remedial action. Deliver data reports to analyze the customer journeys and identify where improvements can be made. Promote Digital measurement and analytics best practices to deliver the revenue plans for all Digital channels. Review Digital marketing channels performance and where improvements need to be made through optimization analysis to improve ROI. Manage optimization of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other internal reporting systems. Job Qualification: Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position. Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry is required. Solid understanding of the online conversion funnel including the path to purchase and customer journeys. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with proven ability to provide actionable insight from multiple data sets. Digital measurement experience, including ROI. Experience and exposure managing B2C and B2B digital campaigns. Enjoy working in a fast-paced and agile environment. Able to articulate exceptionally well in English and have great interpersonal skills. Arabic and European languages are a plus. Confident communicator, able to make data-driven decisions and explain complicated terminology in simple terms. Strong problem-solving skills along with an ability to manage varied workloads and abide by tight deadlines.
