Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized career counselling to students, helping them explore career options aligned with their interests, values, aptitudes, and abilities. Utilize various career assessment tools to support students in self-discovery and career planning. Support students in selecting appropriate subjects, courses, and career pathways. Assist students with university applications Guide students through admission processes, including essay writing, personal statements, recommendation letters, and interview preparation. Stay updated on global university admission requirements, scholarships, and application deadlines. Work with local agencies, businesses, and organizations to provide career planning resources, internships, and work experience opportunities. Organize and facilitate university fairs, career workshops, and industry engagement events for students. Use careers guidance platforms like Unifrog to help students explore opportunities and track applications. Provide workshops and sessions on career development, CV writing, interview skills, and university applications. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, career assessments, and university applications. Skills Experience in career counselling, preferably in an international school setting. Strong knowledge of university application processes in the US, UK, Canada, Europe, UAE, and beyond. Experience using career assessment tools to guide students. Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and external partners. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A commitment to high-quality careers guidance and student success. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
