Responsibilities Responsible for day-to-day procurement for the organization in assigned spend categories. Understand stakeholder and project requirements. Manage end-to-end Source-to-Contract process, collaborating with requestors, Legal, and other stakeholders. Handle RFx processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP) efficiently and timely. Seek best value through best practice sourcing and compliance with corporate governance. Negotiate prices and contract terms; maintain purchasing records and reports. Build and maintain supplier relationships to enhance service levels and sourcing options. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and relevant regulations. Research market trends and potential vendors to procure quality products at the right price. Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and enhance controls. Review vendor and supply options regularly. Key Competencies Expertise in procurement processes (strategic sourcing, contract & supplier management, P2P). Ability to relate well, build relationships, and present arguments effectively. Result-oriented, able to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Procedural adherence and promoting compliance among team members. Skills Effective communication, negotiation, active listening, reading comprehension, coordination, judgment, decision-making, organization, time management, writing, service orientation. Qualifications University Degree or equivalent. 5-7 years procurement experience, preferably in Banking (not mandatory). Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPS Level 4 or equivalent are advantageous.
