The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Lead the butler team in delivering personalized service by acting as the primary contact for VIP and suite guests, ensuring seamless communication with all departments. Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all guest requests, from simple to complex, are handled promptly, professionally, and with attention to detail. Welcome guests personally upon arrival in the lobby or designated areas, and maintain a visible presence throughout their stay. Proactively anticipate guest needs and guide the team to respond with efficiency, discretion, and courtesy. Support guests with information about hotel services, dining options, resort facilities, and current events, while driving upselling opportunities across the property. Oversee villa orientations and property tours for guests, ensuring a smooth and informative experience that reflects the hotel’s standards. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in F&B is desirable. Fluent in English and an additional language (Russian and European languages are desired). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), Hot So S, and Sevenrooms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience leading a multicultural team.
