Position Overview Vice President - Private Equity Operations The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate and manage all administration functions related to a specific group of clients. Responsibilities include: Review Net Asset Valuation (NAV) files for various Private Equity funds, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund governance and regulatory procedures. Review annual financial statements. Calculate and process fund capital calls and distributions. Assist in preparing and completing the audit process for assigned relationships. Oversee investor onboarding, including AML/KYC document review. Collaborate with staff to ensure client deliverables are met. Ensure consistency and accuracy across assigned relationships. Handle submission of regulatory and tax filings on behalf of clients. Maintain regular interaction with clients, fund directors, and other relevant parties. Assist management with MIS reporting. Minimum Qualifications Applicants should possess: A thorough understanding of Private Equity and other closed-ended fund structures, along with the fund administration industry. Knowledge of regulatory requirements. 8-10 years of experience in fund accounting, with a professional degree in accounting or finance. Preferred familiarity with e-Front software. Ability and desire to work under tight deadlines. Strong multi-tasking and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills.
