Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project progress. Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to keep projects on track. Drive a culture of safety and quality across all site operations. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-7 years of experience in fit-out, civil, warehouse, and joinery projects. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and construction software. Valid UAE driving license.
