Divided into two fronts, our Business Development team proactively identifies and reaches out to potential clients with the goal to sell our Saa S platform, while our Account Management team is responsible for onboarding new clients to our platform, supporting them throughout their journey with MAGNi TT and ensuring they use the full potential of our solutions. Job Description Drive the growth and success of the sales team by generating and nurturing leads and identifying potential clients. Focus on prospecting and lead qualification to create a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in building MAGNi TT's pipeline by managing the entire outbound sales prospecting process, from identifying potential clients to crafting personalized outreach, with the primary goal of securing responses and booking meetings. Job Requirements Core Duties: Research and identify potential client leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events; Connect with potential clients through written and verbal communication to book demos introducing the MAGNi TT platform; Qualify leads based on MAGNi TT’s Ideal Client Profile to ensure they align with our requirements; Analyze inbound leads funnel and identify potential clients; Reach out and maintain contact with prospective clients through outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach; Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability; Set up meetings or calls between clients and the BD team; Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in Hubspot; Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a sales development representative role for a Saa S company; Experience with giving demos to clients; Proven experience of consistently meeting and or exceeding KPIs; Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication; Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus; Excellent time management and upward reporting skills; Experience using Hubspot. Good to have/be: Prior experience with organizations that have been part of the Startup & Technology ecosystem (Venture Capital, Startup, Corporate Innovation, Government Hubs, and Accelerators etc.) is highly advantageous; Experience using a CRM; Have a love of and great understanding of the startup and venture capital space; Enjoy networking and talking with new people every day; Customer-first mentality: do whatever it takes to ensure sales leads & customers love our company. Interview Process: A 30-minute video call with the hiring manager, where you can describe your background and highlight your strengths. Technical Assignment: In this stage, you'll be given an assignment to work on, to present and discuss it with the hiring manager.
