Job Description & Requirements Position: Program Analyst Published on: 13/06/2025 Overview The Program Analyst is responsible for data analysis, project support for all assigned programs/projects, and implementing project management processes. Works closely with and under the direction of the assigned line manager in coordinating and supporting project planning and execution. Supports the development and management of metrics for reporting and decision making. Communicates status of activities, performance, risks, and issues to internal and external customers. Supports the development of project charters, program management plans (PMP), and integrated master schedule. Supports the preparation of program/project budgets and resource loading. Monitors team performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Supports program and project managers in data gathering and analysis for developing program plans and reporting performance and status. Provides input to program/project plans and integrated plans. Prepares presentations for executives and managers. Supports risk management and mitigation planning. Supports issue management and resolution planning. Assists in preparing project team budgets and monitors financial performance versus budget. Assists and supports in developing processes to monitor progress and track results. Adheres to standard project management policies, systems, processes, and procedures based on best practices and PMI standards. Communicates procedures and instructions to team members and monitors adherence. Attends training and workshops for program management. Analyzes data and converts it into valuable information. Develops frameworks and templates for managing risks, issues, and opportunities. Supports the program business rhythm framework for different program levels. Develops metrics and tools to manage and report on program or project status. Prepares program MIS statements and reports to meet company and program requirements. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures. Handles other reasonable requests or work tasks as allocated by management. Performs other related duties as directed.
