Key Responsibilities: Develop Global Brand Strategy: Craft and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives and tailored for international audiences. Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Drive high-impact marketing campaigns across social media, digital, PR, and advertising platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement. Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine brand strategies with a data-driven approach. Brand Innovation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize brand performance, particularly in the digital and emerging media space. Ensure Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and identity across all customer touchpoints. Requirements: Language Skills: Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) is mandatory . Relocation Ready: Open to relocating to Dubai, UAE (relocation support provided). Tech Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert it into actionable marketing strategies. Digital & Content Experience (Preferred): Experience in creating engaging short-form video content and running campaigns on digital platforms is highly valued. Creative & Strategic Mindset: Innovative thinker with the ability to develop out-of-the-box branding ideas. Interpersonal Excellence: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fast Learner: Adaptable and quick to grasp new concepts, tools, and cultural contexts.
