What You’ll Be Doing: Lead on-site execution of major real estate construction projects — ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery from enabling works through to final handover. Manage and coordinate all construction activities across contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward smoothly. Monitor timelines, budgets, resource plans, and contract deliverables — with a strong eye on safety compliance, quality control, and commercial outcomes. Troubleshoot issues, mitigate risks, and resolve challenges quickly while maintaining momentum on site and confidence with senior stakeholders. Guide multidisciplinary teams through high-pressure, high-visibility projects, drawing on your leadership to set the tone and standard. What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 15+ years of construction management experience , with at least 7+ years in senior leadership roles delivering large-scale EPC projects in the Middle East. Proven expertise in urban development , including high-rise towers, luxury residential, commercial complexes, and hospitality properties. Fluency in contract administration (FIDIC preferred), stakeholder management, and site operations within fast-track delivery environments. Strong knowledge of project controls, HSE systems, local construction laws, and software tools like Primavera, Aconex, and BIM. Why You?
