Manage incoming leads efficiently while ensuring timely follow-up and engagement. Conduct personalized tours of the gym to highlight equipment, classes, and amenities. Build long-term relationships with members to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and in-person consultations to generate interest. Participate in community events and promotions to increase brand visibility and attract new members. Handle membership inquiries, providing accurate information regarding services, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and strategies. Maintain an updated database of prospective clients and membership leads. Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues professionally. Requirements Previous experience in sales, preferably within the fitness or health industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse individuals. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive ability. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes to manage customer interactions. A passion for fitness and a strong understanding of gym equipment and general fitness concepts.
