How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The Structures Supervisor within the production and structure area has several key functions. These include effectively communicating organizational needs to the team, overseeing and monitoring employee performance to ensure objectives are met, providing guidance and support through coaching and mentoring, and identifying development needs within the production unit. Additionally, this role involves managing workflow by assigning tasks, preparing schedules, and monitoring productivity, as well as verifying that production output meets specifications. Responsibilities: Planning and executing daily/weekly tasks Ensuring compliance with ITP & Project requirements Overseeing operations to meet deadlines Coordinating with material planners and buyers to ensure material availability Supervising panel shifting, tilting, and recording activities Checking welding quality and NDEs, releasing for painting Guiding fabricators on structural fabrication and accessory preparation Planning work sequences according to procedures and ITB Participating in OPL meetings and resolving production blockers Meeting schedule milestones within budget hours Communicating and resolving blocking points with stakeholders Preparing repair procedures for material issues Providing daily and weekly progress reports Maintaining housekeeping and implementing improvements Allocating work with proper manpower planning to avoid excess overtime Updating KPI boards daily with relevant metrics Managing consumables inventory Coordinating training with HR and proposing new training needs Establishing performance improvement plans for underperformers Are you a MATCH?
