Senior HR Operations Executive

Homes 4 Life Real Estate Brokerage LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa processing, UAE labor law compliance, and payroll management. This role is critical to ensuring smooth HR operations and legal compliance for the company’s growing workforce. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end visa processing for new hires, renewals, cancellations, and other immigration-related matters. Liaise with government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.) for all employee documentation and legal processes. Maintain and update records related to employee visas, Emirates ID, health insurance, and labor contracts. 2. UAE Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with current UAE labor laws and regulations. Advise management and staff on legal and procedural HR matters. Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts, warning letters, and other official HR documentation. 3. Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing including attendance, leaves, and deductions. Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, and end-of-service gratuities. Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely salary disbursements. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of UAE-based HR operations experience, especially in visa processing, payroll, and labor law. Solid understanding of UAE labor regulations and PRO procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Indian nationality preferred due to internal team structure and language alignment.
