Our Design 360 Studio integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Supervision to deliver innovative, value-driven real estate assets. As a Structural Design Engineer based in our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will manage structural design teams, providing supervision, mentorship, and leadership. Responsibilities Perform structural design tasks including stability analysis, foundation design, and reinforced concrete slabs, complying with local and international codes. Assist in obtaining approvals from authorities. Develop structural models using industry-standard software and perform manual calculations to evaluate forces, stresses, and strains on structural components under various loads. Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and stakeholders to develop safe, functional designs aligned with architectural visions. Support QA/QC processes to ensure design accuracy and integrity. Review work by sub-consultants and ensure compliance with standards. Provide technical support during construction, resolving structural issues to ensure timely completion. Conduct design reviews to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in structural design. Experience with mid to high-rise building projects preferred. Proficiency in software like ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, PROKON, RAM, ADAPT, or similar. Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
