Role Purpose Weare seeking an exceptional Project Director to join large scale masterplanproject in Dubai for one of our prominent client in realestate. Whatthis jobinvolves Providing Leadership and Direction for the Project(s) Be main point ofcontact. Develop monitor andreport on Development wide KPIs for the design tendering andconstruction activities inclusive of safety andquality. Leadership andmanagement of the JLLteam Responsible fordevelopment and monitoring of the Master Programme Responsible fordevelopment of Due Diligence Report Project Implementation Strategy& Project Management Plan. Establishment ofshort-term milestones and deliveryoutcomes Assisting the Design/Technical Director in the review and challenging of thedesigns and design releasepackages. Identify theoverall Authority approvals processes and applications with the Technical and Consultant Teams as part of the Master Programme. Oversee theadministration of the Consultant and Contractor engagements withthe Design Consultant Commercial Consultant Construction managersand Senior Contracts Manager Facilitating all high-levelpresentations necessary for the Aldar stakeholderapprovals. Establishment of Project committee structures communications and stakeholdermanagement. Responsible foroverall change control and management and ensuring the reasoningscope and costs are sufficiently defined by the Lead Consultant and Cost Consultant. Identifymajor design and construction risks and mitigation measuresincluding review of the organizational performance of the sitesupervision & technical review teams inspectors laborproductivity suppliers and sub-contractors at a programmelevel. Overseeing theoverall construction and logistics activities with the variousexternal Consultants Desiredskills and experience forthis Bachelorsdegree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management orrelated field Masters degreein Project Management or Business Administration is oftenpreferred 15 years ofexperience in construction projectmanagement 7-10 years in asenior leadership role managing large-scale complexprojects. Project Management Professional (PMP)PRINCE2 Practitioner Professional Engineer (PE)or Registered Architect (RA) depending on the specificindustry.
