Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes. Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations. Ensure adherence to IFRS and local statutory regulations. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Perform variance analysis and cost tracking across regions and business units. Support budgeting and forecasting processes with historical and trend data analysis. Present insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. Assist with tax filings, VAT compliance, and statutory reporting as required in each country. Systems & Process Improvements: Work closely with regional finance teams and shared service centers. Identify opportunities for process automation and enhancement. Ensure smooth operation of ERP systems and lead finance process improvement initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable for advanced financial acumen. CPA certification is essential, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards and expertise in accounting principles. A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably within the finance sector or a multinational corporation. Proficient in accounting software such as Quick Books, SAP, or Oracle, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reports and statements. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to enhance financial processes.
