Lead infection control committees to discuss and implement safety measures and protocols. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Nursing, Microbiology, or a related field is required. A minimum of 3 5 years of experience in infection control within healthcare settings. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is highly preferred for the role. Strong knowledge of local and national infection prevention standards and practices. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Ability to analyze complex data and create actionable infection prevention plans. Proficiency in using infection control software and data management tools is advantageous.
