Mechanical Draftsman

This is a full-time role as a Draftsman and Project Coordinator at ENERAGY TECH AIR CONDITIONING LLC located in Dubai. As a Draftsman / Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for drawings and detailing using advanced computer-aided drafting techniques (CAD) and 3D modelling tools related to the HVAC/MEP market. You will directly report to the Project Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project budgets and schedules, ensuring project deliverables are met on time. Responsibilities: Monitor material coordination between production, design, and sales departments. Handle authority approvals of local agencies. Correspond with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Coordinate with different local authorities to obtain drawing approvals. Be aware of health and safety guidelines related to interior fit-out project management. Ensure accurate documentation of materials, inspections, and closure documentation. Analyze project immediate actions. Coordinate with multiple suppliers and team members. Prepare and review method statements and work-specific quality control plans. Ensure materials received are in accordance with quantity and quality, and monitor materials released from suppliers. Monitor and ensure strict adherence to the production schedule. Prepare and submit production update reports regularly, including daily activities, deviations from targets, returns, and other related issues. Assure quality standards are met, report any deviations, and direct corrective actions for different production units. Maintain records of transfer slips for any quality issues that arise during production. Verify, coordinate, and participate in site surveys before proceeding with production to validate project drawings. Keep proper and updated records of site surveys. Arrange production force into balanced groups and distribute jobs among them, maintaining proper coordination and integration between different groups. Handle site visits for projects. Reconcile time records against production targets. Monitor material usage and ensure minimal waste in overall production processes. Propose and implement innovative ideas to save materials and man-hours. Send weekly updates and prepare weekly reports of meetings. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
