Your Role: As Technical Trainer, you will work with learning interventions in the field of Technology used in different security verticals within the Technical Center. You work together with experienced product specialist. Your key responsibilities include assessing training needs, creating training materials and teaching classes. L&D Specialist/Trainer need to have excellent presentation and communication skills, along with a calm and patient demeanor. Role Objective You will play a significant role in building a patient centric and customer focused organization, ensuring that Hikvision Europe has the capabilities required to differentiate itself in highly competitive environment and add clear and tangible value to employees and partners. You will be responsible for initiation, development, deployment and tracking training and development programs that are aligned with the organizations strategic training goal. Duties and Responsibilities: Based on business requirements, independently or in collaboration with the central departments, complete the development of corresponding product technologies and professional courses, including various online and offline courses, workshops, and training project designs, etc. Excellent TTT capabilities, with the ability to deliver technical and professional course training independently. Identify, develop and certify regional/third-party trainers, and build a high-quality regional trainer team. Possess a certain strategic thinking to make sure that the training business to provide a better business support. What We're Looking for: Experience delivering presentations and training to small and large groups of people. Certifications of Hikvision HSC/GSC is preferred. Professional in Arabic language will be preferred. Analog CCTV system design skills, knowledge, and experience - desirable for existing systems and migration.
