Job Summary: As a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Ocean Air, you will drive direct sales and marketing performance across all of our regions, including the GCC and the Balkans. You will manage multi-channel sales inquiries, optimize marketing campaigns, and support conversion strategies across our diverse product portfolio, from luxury accommodation to desert experiences and city tours to multi-day journeys. This role is strategic, balancing direct customer engagement with backend reporting, campaign coordination, and performance analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure every destination delivers on Ocean Air’s premium standards while continuously growing direct bookings. Job Responsibilities: Manage inbound inquiries and convert direct leads into bookings across all Ocean Air destinations and product categories. Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients, partners, and travel agents seeking experiences in different countries. Promote and upsell premium upgrades, private options, and cross-destination packages, with special focus on luxury and multi-day segments. Develop strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, travel agents, and DMCs across our markets. Ensure full product knowledge is maintained across every vertical including desert experiences, heritage dining, cultural excursions, and luxury stays. Coordinate 360° marketing campaigns that drive direct bookings for all destinations and experiences. Localize messaging and offers to align with each market's audience behavior, seasonality, and product uniqueness. Manage promotional rollouts across digital channels (social, email, Whats App), ensuring brand consistency and high-impact delivery. Contribute to the development of content briefs, campaign calendars, and special offers tailored to different destinations.
